The Ease of Digital Photography
A digital camera is one high technology invention that is widely used throughout the modern world. Digital cameras can be used with ease as they have many advantages over the traditional camera. For one, developing photos taken from the traditional camera requires effort, time, skill and money. All of which are not present when acquiring
images from a digital camera. Photos captured through the digital camera can be transferred quite easily to any computer through a USB cable that comes with it. Few personal computers and laptops are not equipped with a USB port. Hence, users can transfer the photos to any computer, no matter where they are. Sharing images becomes easy as any image file can be transferred through email, memory sticks or other file sharing media. Photos developed through the traditional cameras cannot be shared so easily.
Another advantage over a a traditional camera is a digital camera can not only record videos as well as still images.
Digital cameras come equipped with a lot of functions which may seem complicated for the novice user. These functions are relatively easy to learn. And once mastered give the user a great deal of control over image quality and effect. While learning these functions, the novice user can switch to Auto mode and simply point and click.
Novice users have a better chance of getting a quality image with a digital camera than with a traditional camera. The immediate review of images allows re-shooting while the subject or landscape is still available. One can instantly view the images, delete them if required, control the quantity and size of the images. Traditional cameras need to reload with new film. While a digital camera has storage that can be used multiple times once images are downloaded. The ease of use of digital cameras is one of the main reasons many individuals who are avid photographers choose to purchase a digital camera. Traditional cameras have been relegated to specialty roles in the hands of professional photographers.
